We’re planning a relaxed wedding weekend with a few moments to gather, celebrate, and enjoy time together in the Florida Keys.

  • Thursday, October 1

    Welcome Gathering
    5:00 – 6:00 PM
    The Beach Bar at Isla Bella

    Come say hello before dinner — your first drink is on us. It's just an hour to see everyone after travel, so plan on dinner out afterward.

  • Friday, October 2

    Beach Day — all day, Isla Bella
    Grab a chair and settle in. The resort posts a list of the week's activities — you'll find it in your room. Anything we organize as a group will be posted right here, so check back the week of the wedding.

    Rehearsal Dinner — 6:00 PM, Faro Blanco Resort

    Outdoor dining
    By invitation.

    Dress code: Tropical Resort Casual
    Sundresses, short-sleeve button-downs, and crisp shorts.

Shuttle Service

Complimentary shuttle service runs all evening between Isla Bella Beach Resort and both venues. We're encouraging everyone to ride the shuttle — parking at Sunset Park is extremely limited, and the shuttle is the easiest way to get to and from the celebration.

4:40 PM — Departs Isla Bella for the ceremony at Sunset Park

After the ceremony — Sunset Park to Havana Jack's

9:30 PM onward — Return trips to Isla Bella, running continuously

Shuttle picks up in front of the main lobby at Isla Bella. Please plan to be there by 4:30 PM.
